STILL
SURVIVING FLIGHT 603 CRASH
California (USA)
- Passengers panicked as flames engulfed Continental Flight
603 on an aborted take-off 30 years ago at Los Angeles
International Airport. They jumped from doors and off the
wing. Several caught fire and some burned to death.
Tom Kaiser, the first firefighter to the scene, had about
300seconds to halt an all-out inferno. Now he, his captain
and several passengers recall those 300 seconds.
