TERMS OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATION 

Aviation Fire Journal (A publication of AFJ Multimedia) reserves the right to refuse entrance to the conference if payment has not been received prior to the event. 
CANCELLATIONS must be submitted in writing and received at least three (3) weeks before the event and will be SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE OF (USD) $200 unless a substitute delegate is offered with prior notice. After this time the full registration fee will apply although substitutions will still be accepted with prior notification.                            

There are no refunds for "No-Shows".
